A Time To Heal A Grief JournalA Time to Heal, a grief journal was designed to help you remember the life of someone you love. When a loved one dies, it’s hard to know how to navigate the unpredictable waves of emotion that often follow. A Time to Heal, a grief journal is a place to reflect and write, to cry and to laugh as you remember someone who is much too important to forget. Preserving stories and priceless photos is one of the best ways keep memories fresh and celebrate life. The journey, bathed in timeless scriptures from God’s word, will lead the reader to reflect, write, cry and hopefully, one day laugh again. The goal is to look at grief as a journey, rather than a permanent destination.

About the Author

Good grief. It’s hard to prepare to lose someone you love. Author, Beth Marshall’s family lost three close loved ones in a few short years. Grief is supposed to come in stages, right? Marshall found her grief journey to be unpredictable as waves of sorrow came with no warning. Writing in her prayer journal helped more than anything else in the wake of her mom’s sudden death. As Beth saved stories and memories of her mother’s life, she began to find healing and confidence knowing her best friend would not be forgotten.

“A Time to Heal was an invaluable help to innumerable people at the Pentagon who were dealing with the aftermath of the events of 9/11. It was truly a gift from God that aided to the grief process of the loss of coworkers, friends and security.”
Colonel Maurie Campbell
Army Chaplain, The Pentagon

“Unprepared for the hard work of grief, most of us get stuck in it’s agonizing maze, but not any more. At last A Time to Heal shows us the way out.”
Marion Bond West
Contributing Editor, Guidepost Magazine

“The season following the death of a loved one is a time few of us are equipped to handle on our own. When you have loved deeply, it is very likely that your grief will also be deep. You may have thought, “If I can just make it through the service, then I’ll be okay.” A few weeks go by, family gathers, friends visit, people call, and then reality begins to surface. For some it seems that the tears will never end. For others, you may be unable to cry. One thing is for certain, you are not alone. Our mighty God promises that He will never leave you. My prayer is that by remembering, you will be comforted as your heart begins to heal.”
